Seeds of Hope is a story of self-discovery and entrepreneurship that explores the war on drugs and its troubling roots. I’m proud to have contributed to and edited Dr. Odumosu’s memoir, which is also a story about the transformative power of medical cannabis and its potential to revolutionize the healthcare industry.

What if a brachiosaurus needed braces? If a tyrannosaurus used toothpaste, would it squash the tube? Did Dinosaurs Have Dentists? takes an imaginative, humorous look at dinosaurs’ dental health and eases children’s fears about going to the dentist, while cleverly encouraging them to take care of their own teeth. Illustrations by the talented Erik Mehlen.

On the way to a checkup, a young child asks an important question: Do animals that live in really cold places ever get sick? Do Penguins Have Pediatricians? uses Arctic and Antarctic creatures, whimsical illustrations and silly rhymes to lessen anxiety about trips to the doctor. Illustrations by the talented Erik Mehlen.

I’m the assistant editor of Giving Tomorrow Magazine, the first and only magazine that focuses on marketing major and planned gifts. 

As a marketing communications writer for The Morning Call/Tribune Media, I wrote articles (including branded content) and a regular column for the Lehigh Valley lifestyle magazine Indulge. For this issue, I wrote the cover story and shot the accompanying photos.
