Snow Geese in Cornfield A gaggle of snow geese feeds in a Lehigh County cornfield during their winter migration. Snow geese are among the world’s most abundant waterfowl species. They breed in Arctic and Subarctic regions of North America and Russia during spring and summer, then migrate south to spend the winter in inland areas like Pennsylvania.
